What areas in Wisconsin do you serve?

Our prices include delivery, set-up, and take-down in Madison and neighboring communities (including Middleton, Verona, Waunakee, Fitchburg, Mt Horeb, Cross Plains, Oregon, etc…). For parties outside of our standard area, an additional delivery fee may be applied.

When should I book?

As a small business, our weekend availability fills quickly! We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your party date. If you’re under a tight timeline, please contact us!

When is set-up and take-down?

We set up the morning of your party between 7am-2pm, based on your event start time. If you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Pick-up is same-day after your event ends. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $100 for the pickup team.

How do I book? Is a deposit required?

All bookings are requested using our online form here! Once we finalize the details, a 50% deposit will reserve your date (handled via a secure online portal). We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Does it need to be set-up on grass?

Our team can set-up on grass, turf, concrete, or indoors! We can not set-up on dirt, mud, or gravel under any circumstance.

We also need to be within 50 feet of a standard power outlet.

What isn’t allowed in the bounce house?

No food, shoes, face paint, confetti, glitter, or pets are allowed in or on our modern bounce houses. These items are known to cause damage, and may result in a specialty cleaning cost of $200 up to the full-replacement cost of the bouncer.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

In the event of extreme or inclement weather (high winds, storms, etc…) on the date of your outdoor party, we will work with you to find a mutually agreed upon alternate date. We will closely monitor weather forecasts in advance of any outdoor parties and maintain open communication with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our events, we require 2 weeks notice to cancel your event with us in order to receive a full refund. A request for change of dates will be based on availability of the preferred date.
